Biography
Dr. Francisca Cisneros Farrar received her Ed.D in higher education administration with a concentration in nursing, MSN, and BSN from Vanderbilt University. She has 40 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse and 35 years of experience as an educator. She has a diverse clinical background working in hemodialysis, administration, critical care, emergency room, oncology, home health, pediatrics, and mental health. She has conducted multiple research projects, developed best practice guidelines, and had several grants funded. She has authored multiple articles and made numerous presentations at the state, regional, national, and international level.
